INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pint of water
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all of the ingredients in a pitcher. This recipe makes use of baking soda for two reasons. The baking soda will get into the cavities and help to release anything lodged in them which could be
causing pain. Also, it dissolves mucus around the infected area which can also help to relieve the pain. If the pain is from a cavity, you should seek a professional dental dentist.
Step2
Rinse and gargle with the solution three times or more per day. This will sting at first if you have a sore or a wound in your mouth, but it will relieve the pain in the long run. If you have serious mouth wounds, from an injury for example, you may need to see a dental dentist as these types of things can cause serious infections.
Step3
Store the extra material in the refrigerator. The vessel should be covered or sealed. When you go to use it again, it may need to be stirred again.
Step4
In addition to rinsing and gargling, make sure you are brushing and flossing regularly to prevent further development of cavities which may make you have to see a dental dentist.
